Our full service model

Programs designed for dignity, continuity, and community trust

Each program area works as one connected care pathway: outreach, home support, education, caregiver strengthening, and referral follow-through.

01

Free mobile medical clinics

Four outreach clinics per month bring consultations, screening, treatment, and follow-up directly into underserved Kampala communities.

02

Home-based care — “Tujja ewaka”

For bedridden elderly people and chronically sick children, our teams provide respectful household visits, routine checks, and care continuity.

03

Essential medicines and nutritional support

We provide basic medicines and practical nutrition support to stabilize recovery and reduce preventable health setbacks at home.

Assistive devices

05

Health education and WASH

Household and group sessions promote hygiene, safe water practices, prevention literacy, and practical community health behaviors.

06

Maternal and child health support

Focused support for mothers, infants, and children strengthens early care, treatment adherence, and timely help-seeking pathways.

08

Jajja caregivers and youth volunteers

We equip elder caregivers and youth volunteers with practical tools, psychosocial support, and clear responsibilities in community care.

09

Referrals to Mulago and Butabika

When advanced care is required, we coordinate trusted referral pathways and follow-up linkage to Mulago and Butabika services.
