About our story

We began with one conviction: health is dignity, not charity.

TRINITY VULNERABLE HEARTS CARE INITIATIVE LTD is being formed in Kampala after seeing how many children and elderly people in informal settlements were missing basic care, not because they were unreachable, but because systems around them were overstretched.

Our team chose a practical path rooted in respect: regular mobile clinics, home-based follow-up for bedridden and chronically sick people, essential support items, and referrals through trusted partners. We work alongside caregivers, Village Health Teams, and local leaders so support reaches people in ways that protect privacy, choice, and hope.

Dignified, relationship-based care in the communities we serve.

“We measure impact by whether families feel seen, respected, and supported to continue care with confidence.”

Why this matters

By bringing services closer to home and strengthening local referral pathways, we help reduce delayed treatment and prevent avoidable suffering among vulnerable children and elderly people.
